GDPR NOTICE: This site is intended for users in the United States. By using this site, you acknowledge that analytics data including page visits and interactions may be collected via Google Analytics. EU residents should exit this site.
This Privacy Policy explains how Mountain Hut Media LLC (“Mountain Hut Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit the website at celerly.io, use the resources available there, or access the application at app.celerly.io (collectively, the “Service”). Mountain Hut Media is located in Umatilla County, Oregon.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us. We collect information you give us directly—for example, when you request an invitation to the beta, register for an account, contact us, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include your name, email address, business or reseller information, and the contents of your messages.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Service, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, referring and exit pages, the pages you view, the links you click, and the dates and times of your visits.
Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how the Service functions.

2.1 Data Storage and Processing
Celerly uses the following third-party services to operate the app:
Supabase — Your account information, inventory data, and app settings are stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database. Item photos you upload are stored in Supabase Storage. Supabase acts as a data processor on our behalf and stores data on infrastructure hosted by Amazon Web Services. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Anthropic — If you use AI-powered features (available on Pro and Trial plans), item photos and titles may be sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. This data is used solely to generate titles, descriptions, and tags for your items. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.
Netlify — The Celerly app is hosted on Netlify's infrastructure. Netlify processes requests made to the app and its serverless functions.
Photos you upload are stored under a unique identifier tied to your account and are not publicly accessible without a time-limited signed URL. You may delete your photos and inventory data at any time by deleting items within the app or by contacting us to request full account deletion.
3. Analytics and Marketing
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to help us understand how visitors interact with the Service, to measure conversions, and to inform our marketing efforts. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as your IP address, the pages you visit, and how you arrived at the Service, and it reports this information to us in aggregate and de-identified form where possible.
Google’s use of data collected through Google Analytics is governed by Google’s own privacy policy and terms. You can learn more about how Google collects and processes data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
We may also use other analytics, advertising, and marketing providers to reach and understand our audience. These providers may set their own cookies and collect information about your activity over time and across websites.
